Shipping Policy

Free shipping. Shipping is free on all Tallow Man orders; no minimum purchase is required.

Shipping origin and processing. Orders are fulfilled from Tallow Headquarters at 1203 Government St, Ocean Springs, MS 39564. We process orders on business days. We aim to dispatch orders the same day or the next business day, subject to order verification, high order volume, severe weather, carrier disruptions, and other events outside our reasonable control.

Estimated delivery times. After dispatch, orders within the contiguous United States typically arrive in 1–5 business days. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories typically arrive in 3–7 business days. International orders typically arrive in 7–21 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Carriers and delivery. We ship by available carrier service, including USPS Priority or UPS where offered. Carrier transit estimates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. When tracking is available, we provide it after shipment. Please verify your shipping address at checkout.

Summer shipping and melt protection. Tallow-based products can soften in high heat. From May through September, orders ship Monday through Thursday only to reduce the risk that parcels remain in a hot truck or depot over a weekend. Summer orders are packed in thermal-lined packaging with ice packs as appropriate.

Heat damage and delivery issues. If your product arrives melted, heat-damaged, damaged in transit, incorrect, or materially delayed, contact cmcdonald@aintlifegrandinvestments.com promptly with your order number and photos where applicable. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
